Booking:

Flat where instant booking it is not possible:

Generally medium term flat (indicated when you book), choose a flat and send a request form we will contact you to complete the rental procedure;

Flat with instant booking; depending by the flat (indicated by flat in the site)

- you’ ll pay 20% by credit card at booking and left balance at arrival.

or

- full rental amount via the site where indicated

or

Booked through a partner like booking.com, friendlyrentals etc; please check conditions in their site, where you actually made the booking, we follow the third party conditions in order to collect this payment at right moment, via mail, phone, face to face, bank transfer (it is not through our website), those are stated in their sites and/or your confirmation mail.

Cancellation Policy

This policy defines how to handle cancellations

Please note, if cancelled or modified, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

through partners site and flat pages, please refer to partner site and their conditions. you made the booking through them we both follow their terms and conditions;

Deposit or Prepayment Policy

This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.

full payment it is taken if specified

if you communicate you will pay via credit card, an authorisation for full amount could be asked the day before arrival



General for short term rentals booking done via international home site:

Payment policy :

20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged on booking or before arrival for short term stay (long term rentals are not on instant bookings on site and conditions are discussed via mail/call).

In case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

security deposit could be charged on credit card or could be done in cash at arrival; both way will be refunded max 5 days after check-out when flat left in good conditions (standard cleaning it is included, an extra could be charged for extra cleaning if needed). Authorisation could be taken for security deposit and cancelled once rental period it is completed without any damages.

your credit card details, given on site, mail, phone, partner communication will NOT be kept after your stay.

we don’t keep any credit card details after payment process and stay are completed.

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".

All children are welcome.

Up to two children or adults are charged EUR 75 per person per night for extra beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.

There is no capacity for cots in the room.

The maximum age of children (currently 12) that can stay for free in a room will automatically correspond to the child age set in the room configuration In the room configuration you can specify the amount of children that can stay in the room for free.

Internet

This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

This specifies if parking is available at the hotel, if it is on the street or in a (secure) parking garage and what the costs are.

Pets

This policy defines if pets are allowed or not.

Pets are not allowed.
